Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days from check-in date will receive a 70% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up will forfeit the deposit paid.

Be immersed in nature’s elements of fire, air, wood and water, as you enter the spa’s organic and elegant eco- chic design.

Soothe, heal and enliven your body while you journey through our healing water circuit (sauna, steam room and hot and cold massage pools), which are included with your service.

Traditional indigenous therapies, energy healing treatments, different massage modalities as the sobada maya, organic facials, thai massage, ceremonial healing baths, colonics and juice cleanses are just some of the exclusive therapies at Yaan Wellness. We also offer private traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremonies lead by our Mayan healers, as well as intuitive life path counseling by world re-known famous teacher and healer Dr. Bobby Klein.

Yaan wellness offers Yoga every day at 10 am at our Tree Top Yoga Shala overlooking the jungle canopy. Classes embark styles of Hatha, vinyasa flow and ashtanga. Teachers bring a customized experience for the student and welcome all levels.
