This cocktail bar is always full of surprises as every night there is live music or a Dj making people dance all night. Since its opening in 2009 Pepenero changed the bar scene in Tulum offering the best quality cocktails in town and its welcoming atmosphere. Since then it has become the favorite place of locals and tourists to start partying early in the week.

Giussepe the owner, masters the art of drink mixiology so there is an extensive menu of cocktails with every kind spirit and top quality ingredients you may expect to find in the best stocked bars. Expect to find modern tropical classics and Pepe's own creations beautifully garnished to prepare you for the flavor explosion you are about to drink. If you like Mezcal don't forget to ask for the Pepenero custom cocktail, delicious! They also have shisha bar for you to share some flavored tobacco with your friends or enjoy their yummy complementary pizza.

You can choose to sit by the boardwalk chairs and see people walk by, inside the bar if you want a more vibrant atmosphere or in their back garden for a more intimate atmosphere. Pepenero is located towards the end of town in front of the Weary Traveler hostel and Tulum's bus station. The bar opens every day of the week from 8:00 pm-2:00 am except Sundays.
