Villa Soliman, a truly unique luxury villa in Tulum, where time and space define the true meaning of a good life.

Our villa has six ocean view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces facing the ocean. Two fully equipped kitchens, two interior dining areas and two elegant living rooms. There are two half-bathroom in the common area. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the main living room open up directly onto the beach. From here to beyond the swimming pool, only a few tall palm trees sway between you and the majestic Caribbean Sea. Next to the main living room, our well equipped kitchen is designed to please the master chef in every family. Guests will enjoy dining and lounging in the private patio by the pool.

Two King-size bedrooms and one bedroom with two Single beds are located on the 2nd floor, each with a private bathroom and a terrace with partial ocean-view through the palm fronds.

Ahh…what a view!! Elevated just above the tree tops, our third level is cleverly designed with perfectly placed windows that allow a constant flow of cool sea breeze and soft natural light into every corner. At this level, two full ocean-view bedrooms with large private terraces are separated by the beach-chic lounge area and the second kitchen. From here, an external staircase brings you to the Master Suite. Located entirely on its own on the 4th floor of the villa, our Master Suite has a wraparound terrace, a shaded outdoor sitting area, sun chaises, a private plunge pool and outdoor showers.
