Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days from check-in date will receive a 70% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up will forfeit the deposit paid.

Puerto Morelos Diving Shop is glad to open up it’s doors to everyone who’s interested in diving from the peaceful beaches of Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo.

Located at the heart of the Mayan Riviera, PMDL is a place where you will be able to learn how to dive with personalized attention from our highly qualified instructors, that is why PMDL focuses in small groups, from 4 to 6 divers, to give you the best and most exclusive service; we’re not in this just for the money, we dive because we love it!

Our familiar program is designed so our costumers are directly taken care of by the owners of the diving resort, with help from the PMDL STAFF.

Seaside lodging, food, diving and transportation are all included within the established price, as well as one snorkeling service a day, with no additional charge for it.

Our weekly diving packages also include a little taste of our liveaboard service: Two days on board of the Lucky Two, diving near the shores of the mayan riviera and the archaeological site Tulum.
