Welcome to Villas H2O in Tulum! Setting a new standard for boutique hotels in Tulum town, Villas H2O combines modern, minimalist design with locally crafted detailing and furnishings to create an atmosphere of urban chic with a friendly, relaxing vibe. Our location on the southern edge of town provides easy access to restaurants and shopping, without sacrificing rural quiet and jungle views.

Villas H2O offers 3 types of rooms, all stylishly decorated and with private balconies or patios. We have 6 spacious double rooms with either 1 king-sized or 2 full-sized beds; 2 triple rooms each with 2 full-sized and 1 single bed; and 2 penthouse suites with bedroom, living room and kitchenette.

Guests share our lap-sized, naturally-treated swimming pool and chill out under the large poolside palapa with locally crafted Zen-inspired furnishings, all surrounded by a tropical garden. Enjoy free breakfast by the pool before heading out for a day of diving, exploring or relaxing on one of Tulum's famous white sand beaches. The onsite dive shop meets all of your diving and snorkeling needs, from certification courses to guides, advice and equipment rental.
