Tattooluum Fine Art Tattoo Gallery - Tulum Downtown

Nestled in the small but growing pueblo of Tulum is a fascinating little tattoo and art gallery called Tattooluum. Olmo Hinojosa and his wife, Crystal, started this gallery in 2007 to mesh different types of art together.

The artwork of Alfredo Hinojosa, Olmo's father, is displayed to show the variety of talent within one family. Influenced by the beauty of this Caribbean area and the immense culture of the Mayans, Olmo has a colorful foundation from which to work. Tattooluum features two tattoos artists, Olmo and Carla Daniela.

We specailize in custom tattoo designs, piercings, scarifications and microdermals. Come visit our Ed Hardy boutique and collection of Shankari Talismans of Power. We speak English, Spanish and Italian. Higiene and professionalism are of the utmost importance along with happy clients.

We are located at the first traffic circle at the entrance of the main avenue, Av Tulum and Satelite.

A main feature of this art gallery is the renowned artist Alfredo Hinojosa. Alfredo has a specialty of working with sculpture material and driftwood. He creates wonderful, magical creatures with his imagination and hands. He also works with different paints to make colorful canvases. Shankari Talimans of Power are found in this boutique. These unique pieces are hand made and feature the healing powers of different crystals and stones. Designs are discovered by the designer as she travels to another dimension. Many of these talismans represent gods or goddesses such as Quan Yin or Ganesh.

Greatest ink, greatest people. Overall experience was flawless. Felt very welcome. Olmo's the man. They treat you like they see you everyday and welcome you as friends. Very relaxed not standoffish like a lot of shops are. I will be getting work done there EVERY time I visit TULUM!!!... More

We had the opportunity to get a tat from Olmo and he did a great job. Wish he lived closer to us so we could get the rest of our ink from him. work was crazy good and the best experience ever cant wait to see our wonderful friends when we fly down from US to get more work done the only place to get the best ink!! you guys ROCK!!!...
