· All our rooms and apartments have A/C, private hot water bathroom, Cable TV, Mini-fridge, kitchenette (only in apartments), nice terrace y/o balcony.

·Continental breakfast for 30 extra pesos per person (fresh orange juice, croissants and gourmet coffee)
·Reservations are confirmed via PayPal deposit.

·We accept traveler’s checks, USD or MXN at the prevailing rate of exchange as forms of payment for the residual balance upon check-in.

·2 nights minimum stay during low and high season; 5 nights during holidays.
·Reservation changes requested <7 days of expected check-in are subjected to payment for the entire length of stay of the proposed confirmed reservation; cancellation of confirmed reservations >7 days prior to expected check-in will be subjected to a 25% fee of the original confirmed reservation. ·0ne night deposit in low season, three nights deposit in high and holiday season.

Siamo tornati dopo una meravigliosa vacanza a Tulum ed esattamente quì a "LA MARIPOSA"......un hotel molto carino, accogliente,pulito, familiare....situato a pochissimi minuti dal mare, raggiunginile in bicicletta o in taxi per ddue soldi.. e a due passi dal centro dove si trovano ristorantini e negozietti caratteristici.......I nuovi gesto...
