The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, sleeps 12 on beds, 18 including futons. There is also a large 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment where the caretakers reside. The living spaces of Maya Jardin are spacious and open, stretching to the palapa roof above the 2nd story, including a loft with sitting area, huge dining room with bar, modern kitchen with dishwasher and stainless appliances, sunset-over-the-bay facing terrace. Every room offers breathtaking ocean views. There is a beachside pool with surrounding patio, outdoor kitchen with large BBQ and bar. Additionally, the villa has a laundry room, electrical room, outdoor bath with inside storage, plus nine additional walk-in storage closets. A roof-top Jacuzzi and spa deck overlook the entire bay.
