This condo is one of the most beautiful of all Luz Tulum. Situated on the 3rd level, it supports a wonderful, fresh breeze, entertains gracefully the fantastic Caribbean sun and over looks the enormous common swimming pool. This is one of the only condos here with access to a private rooftop terrace where you can sit and sip champers watching the sun set.

The condo consists of a living room with hand made decorated shelves, sliding doors opening onto the balcony over looking the swimming pool and the vast Mexican jungle. The living area has a lovely couch for lounging, air conditioning, for those sticky Tulum summer days and internet service, that also services the whole condo. The kitchen is situated beside the entrance to the condo, with a beautiful living area in front. The kitchen is home to a fridge, gas stove, cooking utensils, pots, pan, a liquidizer, coffee machine and many other useful kitchen appliances. There is also an iron and ironing board onsite.

There are two bedrooms, one with en suite attire and the other with direct access to the main condo bathroom. The master bedroom is at the front of the house, contains a beautiful queen sized bed and closet area, with bright colors and over looks the beautiful area surrounding the condo. The other bedroom contains 2 individual sized beds, closet space and overlooks the outskirts of the Tulum Jungle. Both bathrooms contain showers, sinks and toilets. All contain hot water.
