Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

The apartment is furnished with a beautiful wooden flair, giving a luxurious touch to this spacious, quiet and relaxing home. This is not just a pretty face it is also very functional, with a kitchen equipped for your daily needs, including fridge, gas stove, coffee machine and juicer. The apartment also has internet service, for those of you who wish to work and play at the same time!

The bedrooms contain wonderfully comfortable double beds, a large closet space, and curtains that completely block out the light for a great day or night time sleep. The master bedroom is ensuite, and there is another bathroom in the house also.
The shared patio area is in a relaxing setting, overlooking the pool and garden. The pool is perfect for swimming laps and keeping fit, or lounging with a Margarita in the sun!

You can walk right out of Luz Tulum, about 150 meters to the main avenue Tulum where there are restaurants and shops. You can easily walk to all these places, as Tulum is a small town which offers peaceful surroundings, harmony with nature, and comfortable living. Tulum is an international Heaven for restaurants, you can eat anything from authentic Mexican Cuisine to Vegetarian, international and even exquisite Thai food. The beaches are its main thrill, located a short taxi ride away (5 km) where you and your family can bask on the beaches and eat in the restaurants. The Tulum scene is a very relaxing and harmonious atmosphere in a beautiful natural setting.

• $1000 usd per month.
• If payment is made in advance the rate will be $900 usd per month for a 6 month contract and $800 usd per month for a full year contract.

• If you wish to cancel a booking you must let us know 3 month in advance, upon this notice we will refund in full any payments received. If the cancellation is made within 1 month of arrival a 50% refund will be received.
• Any other form of cancellation will result in total loss of payment received.
• There is a 10% cancellation fee on all bookings.
