Comment: Llevo mucho tiempo yendo de vacaciones a Tulum y de la ultima vez note el crecimiento tan acelerado que estaba teniendo la zona y la gran oportunidad que podía ser el invertir en ella. En mi afán por encontrar una buena oportunidad de inversión me di cuenta de que todo mundo vendía terrenos, desde taxistas hasta cantineros, eso me creo cierta inseguridad. Donde podía encontrar asistencia profesional que me ayudara a entender cosas tan complejas como es el comprar ejido? Pase justo frente de la oficina de coldwell banker, desde que entre se nota las ganas que tienen por atenderte y conocimiento que tienen del área donde trabajan. Después de presentarme varias opciones con la sinceridad de sus ventajas y desventajas yo me decidí por la mejor opción. Crei que ahí terminaba su trabajo pero no es así, ellos te llevan la operación hasta el cierre y al mismo tiempo te ayudan a checar antes y después toda la documentación sin costo extra para el comprador. Comment: The day we arrived in Tulum we fell in love with it, and when we found out, through a hotel employee, how property values were rising we knew we had to get informed immediately. The next day, my wife and I went to town looking for a real estate office and found a Coldwell Banker, went inside and instantly felt at home. This would be our first time looking to invest outside the US and naturally we were very nervous, and although we still haven’t made the purchase, I must say that the entire experience, from being greeted at the door by the receptionist and having her ask if we wanted something to drink, to having all of our questions answered by the sales associate, was absolutely wonderful and refreshing.
