The second level bath has it's own water tank and outside shower to the sundeck, which offers sunset views over the Xian Ka'an bioreserve.

Property is surrounded by a Maya style wall fence with a large front gate and side doors to the cenote park. All water and electricity systems function perfectly and responsibly. Home is currently powered by a generator although a solar panel system is recommended. Federal electricity is also available.
