While staying at the yoga retreat down the road, we'd duck out at least once a day for a meal at Zamas. Just can't beat the incredibly fresh fruit, yogust, and granola, kick-butt coffee, and view of iguanas sunning themselves while the sea swells in the background. Dinners were equally perfect, with fresh seafood with exotic preparations, and always friendly and helpful hosts and staff. By the way, it's also an art gallery, so there's something interesting and/or beautiful to look at when the sun goes down, too. Highly recommended.
