A day trip to the Ruins is a must while in Mexico. I have never seen water the shades of turquoise and blue that it is here! Accented with the most beautiful, lush, landscape the human eye can imagine. You could spend a full day here just taking in the stunning views and history, even if you have just a few hours it is most defiantly worth going. If you have a full day to spend here, do consider a customized tour that includes multiple Ruins to visit. You wont be disappointed. From what I can remember there are several companies that do arrange these types of tours. Having a personal tour guide will help you to understand the history of these beautiful pristine landmarks.
