The day we arrived in Tulum we fell in love with it, and when we found out, through a hotel employee, how property values were rising we knew we had to get informed immediately. The next day, my wife and I went to town looking for a real estate office and found a Coldwell Banker, went inside and instantly felt at home. This would be our first time looking to invest outside the US and naturally we were very nervous, and although we still haven’t made the purchase, I must say that the entire experience, from being greeted at the door by the receptionist and having her ask if we wanted something to drink, to having all of our questions answered by the sales associate, was absolutely wonderful and refreshing. We are certain we will purchase with Coldwell, and we’ll without doubt recommend them to our friends and family. John & Jennifer Smith
