Samati Village is surrounded by the green, tropical jungle, this state of the art building meshes
modern conveniences with Eco-friendliness.

The master terrace also offers a jacuzzi, in which to enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature. All
beds are fitted with 1,200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.

The penthouse also has two full bathrooms, with cascade like shower heads. Considering that
the owner spends much time throughout the year at his condo, it is furnished in a very
comfortable manner, it will definitely feel like a home away from home.

The living room is ample and has two large, fluff couches as well as a state of the art 70” flat
screen, high definition TV. The kitchen is open, loft like, in order to enjoy the company you are
with. These rooms are also decorated in an Asian fusion style, making the whole apartment
feel very relaxing and soothing.

The private rooftop has a jacuzzi, and is divided into to sections: one part is covered with a
typical palapa, and has 4 individual sofa-like chairs, which can also be easily moved to make
room for 2 hammocks; the other part has a pergola with 3 loungers, the perfect place to
sunbathe. This is the place you want to be at night, when the sky opens up, and you can see
thousands of starts surrounding you. It is also ideal for barbeques, big gatherings or just a
relaxing day laying in the jacuzzi while enjoying a good book.

The building also has a large pool, in the central courtyard, which is shared with the other
apartments, but is an ideal place for kids. You can ride on a tree lined bike path leading to the
beach.

There is a large super market near the development, making easier to buy your groceries, as
well as many small restaurants in Tulum town or along the beach. This condo also has WiFi, sat TV, iPod dock in every room, as well as a washer and dryer.
