Casa kaan is located in the only residential area of tulum called aldea zama in Tulum.

strategically posed to have the view of the outside terrace or the cable tv.

From diving and snorkeling lessons in the sea or in the so called cenotes, kitesurf or paddle surf activites, sightseeing of the mayan ruins or jungle spots to yoga classes, meditation gatherings, or cultural events. Tulum offers a breathtaking scenery for any activity that can have in mind.
